Description: This is the part of a series of short videos illustrating various aspects of Australian Rules Football. This video highlights two key points in the 1970 VFL Grand Final between Carlton and Collingwood. Both were performed by former great, Austrian born Alex 'Jezza' Jesaulenko. This game also holds the attendance record for an Aussie Rules match with 121,696 spectators. Carlton went on to win 111 to 101. Jezza played 256 games and kicked 424 goals for Carlton between 1967-1979. He played a further 23 games and kicked 20 goals for St Kilda in 1980-1981. He was a player coach for Carlton and St Kilda from 1978-1981 and returned to Carlton as coach in 1989-1990.
