um no offence, but she arrived at the fight when Hidan left, genius, so how could she have faught him anyways? Besides, her fight with Sakura was before the time skip, duh. I agree if Sakura was there Asuma wouldn't have died...Why?? cause we have seen that Sakura has Expert medical ninjutsu When?? Well duh when she healed Kankuro seeing as she was the only medical ninja to do it while even chiyo couldn't or any other medic nin. She can even heal fatal injuries(again Kankuro scene supports this).

What are you reading Ino dosen't have good control over her chakra that was seen in her fight against Sakura so what makes you think shes good at medical ninjutsu.Ino couldn't do anything at the hidan fight she was useless ,she couldn't have healed Asuma even if she tried. no offense but that's true.
