It was really hard to get the oil down, but what helps is measure 1T, suck it up quickly through a straw, and immediately rinse it down with some highly concentrated sugar water afterwards. Popinjay42 ::: Favorites I too am confused about the proper amount of sugar to take. I bought light olive oil, but I thought I need to get extra lite from what this video says. Luckily I have only been doing it a day. I used the oil because I heard two table spoons twice a day. DejaVu1017 ::: Favorites You might want to take more than 1 T of sugar... 1 T of oil is 120 calories, so if you want the equivalent of that in sugar, 135 cal of sugar is 3 T or 3/8 cup.
