| bigbobkropp ::: Favorites 2007-12-18 02:25:31 The fins had a huge 20mm rifle that they were still using around WW2. the Barret is also much easier to shoot than the 700 NE and probably more accurate at extreme ranges. The bullet is much more aerodynamic than the slug the 700 shoots. I highly doubt even a really good shooter could hit a target reliably at a mile with the NE. It does carry more energy than a 50 BMG. If using a reliable powder charge, you can 9000 ft-lbs of muzzle energy. __________________________________________________ | |
