that's bullshit, TA is just as gay as AFI has become. The music is simple, the lyrics are emo and his voice is fucking hideous, not to mention that faggot look on his face and. Have you even seen their promo pics?

Even the New-wave songs on there. Of whom mentioned the Quakes earlier, you should know this, as the Quakes brought in the occassional New-wave influence. You have to except that the American Psycho scene is far, far different from that of Europe, which doesn't make it worse or better, it's variety. Thus forth it reasures pyschobilly will never die. Stay Sick. Stay Psycho.

Not to mention that they're instrumentally sound, without ever being dated. Sure the new album, I wouldn't consider psychobilly, but none the less for what they're doing, it's good.

That's the miss conception. And whoever said they rather listen to good music than popular music... Does popular music not qualify as good music? They're popular for a reason. It's because the writing talent of Nick 13 is something far different and frankly, far better than anyone else in any other band. It's the same shit. Vampires, ghost, werewolves, etc. but written with a story and making psychobilly deeper than any other band previously.

Sure, the Quakes were the first to start off Psychobilly in the U.S. but they didn't make it here, they only made a name for themselves after moving to the U.K.
