But come on, the Constitution lays out how a bill becomes a law, and Young totally disregarded it. This is an affront to all Americans. Isn't it strange that we have to hear about this blatent abuse of the legislative process through a start-up internet news source, rather than any of the traditional media? Do a Google news search for it - only Alaska and Florida local newspapers have given it any coverage.
